Not only did she upgrade our room to better accommodate our children, but she went above and beyond by returning a couple of SIM cards we had accidentally left behind—a gesture that truly reflects the care and attention to detail that sets this establishment apart. The facilities at the hotel were outstanding. The availability of a sauna and jacuzzi in the garden provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring the mountains.
